Overview

Our refund and returns policy last 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We do not offer any refund of money for not liking the products or whatsoever reasons as you are taking goods in Cash On Delivery Options but we have an excellent exchange policy for any such kind of issue, and you can change to any goods of our available collection within 10 Days after your purchase.

But if we cancel any order before shipment and any advance payment is taken for the said order, payment against such order will generally be refunded within 5 working days by Bkash / Nagad or Bank Transfer. Provided that the received cashback amount, if any, will be adjusted with the refund amount. But Casual Polo retains the right and has the right to consider/reconsider a refund via another flexible channel(s) to make the refund system faster or to make it easier for the customer.

The customer will not be eligible for any cashback/bonus against his principal amount in case of refunds because if the order is canceled, its related cashback will also be canceled. Casual Polo is not bound to pay any kind of service charge or cost for the refunded amount.

In case of refunding card payment, the refund will be returned directly to the customer’s debit/credit card if the customer claims a refund to his bank. Then we will be informed about it via SSLCommerzBD and take necessary initiatives. Card payment can be refunded only to the cardholder’s account via bank and cannot be refunded partially as per policy.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale/Offer items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We will replace your purchased product if the product has any defect by its manufacturer or if the product is not the same one you ordered.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
